7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item should be unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at admin@aliacouture.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for sending your item back.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at admin@aliacouture.co.uk if you find any issues, such as defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., personalised or special-order items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- They should be unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
